Personal Profile Overview
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Stability in previous employment history with a tendency to remain with employers for extended periods
- Experience in managing diverse activities
- Excellent communication skills (C1 level or higher in English), both verbal and written, ability to convey ideas, information, and messages accurately and efficiently
- Ability to analyze information, assess situations, and make decisions based on sound reasoning and logical evaluation

Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in lead generation and sourcing within the IT industry
- Strong research skills and the ability to identify key decision-makers in target companies
- Hands-on experience in building and automating sales pipelines
- Proficiency in tools like HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn, Apollo, or similar platforms
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets
- Understanding of marketing fundamentals: ICPs, service-market fit, value proposition
- Strong organizational and time-management skills for handling multi-channel outreach
- Interest in developing business development or sales skills
Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers
- Build (ideation, sourcing, message creation) and execute outreach campaigns through multiple channels
- Maintain and update lead data in HubSpot CRM or similar tools
- Work as a part of the Business Development Sales and Marketing team to refine ICPs and targeting strategies
- Engage with prospects to generate interest and set up meetings for the sales team
- Collaborate with marketing to enhance brand awareness and lead-generation efforts
- Continuously analyze and optimize outreach processes
