We are looking for a Content Writer to join our marketing team and help create various types of content that attract a business audience, keep them engaged, and demonstrate how we solve their challenges, and ultimately guide them toward making a purchase.
Currently, we’re a team of five, and we’re on the lookout for our sixth teammate, someone lucky, talented, and genuinely great to work with. Personal Profile Overview
- Strong marketing mindset, a person who understands how content influences awareness, consideration, and conversion
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple content copies simultaneously (for example, Linkedin and blog articles) and adhere to deadlines
- Readiness to take full responsibility for deliverables from content planning to publication
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze information, assess situations, and make decisions based on sound reasoning
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively across teams (marketing, sales, engineering)
- Willingness to acquire new knowledge and skills to enhance professional growth and performance
- Interest or experience in working with AI tools
Required skills
- Experience working on a similar position for 3+ years, with at least 1 year in IT
- Excellent knowledge of English (C1 level or higher)
- Previous experience in writing blog posts, guest posts, and other materials for B2B
- Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics (with the help of teammates)
- Knowledge of SEO principles and experience creating content based on SEO briefs
- Experience using LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) for research, drafting, editing, and workflow improvement
- In-depth understanding of IT industry trends, technologies, and services
- Existing portfolio that you could present
As a plus
- Experience with SMM (LinkedIn), including thought leadership posts, company updates, and video content
- Experience working with web content management systems (WordPress)
- Experience with trend and competitor monitoring to generate new ideas for audience engagement on LinkedIn
- Use AI tools to produce and publish video content for LinkedIn
Responsibilities
- Execute the content marketing plan aligned with the company goals and the BDSM team’s strategy
- Create, edit, and proofread content for the website blog, guest posting, landing pages, case studies, presentations, etc., following SEO best practices
- Collaborate with tech experts, sales, and the marketing team to enhance content performance
- Coordinating the designer on additional materials for the text: images, graphs, tables, infographics
- Ensure consistent and engaging brand presence on LinkedIn by writing and publishing posts, company updates, industry news, etc.
- Identify and implement strategies to grow and engage our target audience on LinkedIn, including content performance analysis, competitor research, etc.
