Personal Profile Overview

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • Stability in previous employment history with a tendency to remain with employers for extended periods
  • Experience in managing diverse activities
  • Excellent communication skills (C1 level or higher in English), both verbal and written, ability to convey ideas, information, and messages accurately and efficiently
  • Proficiency in fostering effective collaboration and teamwork activities
  • Ability to analyze information, assess situations, and make decisions based on sound reasoning and logical evaluation
  • Ability to work independently and navigate uncertainty with a proactive approach
  • Transparency in sharing the information within a team and company
  • Willingness to acquire new knowledge and insights to enhance professional growth and performance
  • Alignment with company values and commitment to long-term business growth

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in business development within the IT industry
  • Proven ability to identify, qualify, and generate relevant leads
  • Deep understanding of sales pipelines, service-market fit, and value propositions
  • Expertise in researching and identifying key decision-makers in target companies
  • Hands-on experience in building and automating sales pipelines
  • Experience using sales and outreach tools such as HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar platforms
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills for handling multi-channel outreach
  • In-depth understanding of IT industry trends, technologies, and services

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth in the IT market
  • Lead end-2-end outreach initiatives. From identifying opportunities, sourcing contacts, and creating outreach content to leads qualification and early-stage engagement with potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer pain points.
  • Work as a part of the Business Development Sales and Marketing team to enhance brand awareness and generate inbound leads.
  • Develop and optimize sales processes, including pipeline automation and reporting.
