We are looking for a Software Engineer to join a VerityRMS development team that creates SelfService solutions for client interfaces.

Serving nearly 360 of the world’s leading institutional investors, Verity’s powerful platform transforms research workflows by combining SaaS technology with best-practice fundamentals.
VerityRMS is the research management system that gives analysts, compliance teams, and portfolio managers more of what they need. Our main goals are flexible and customizable interfaces that satisfy client needs in a reliable and user-adjustable working environment. It’s critical to save time and resources for investment professionals because less searching time means more time for decisions.
The product is gathered on top of dockerized micro-services built with NodeJS, React, Redux, Express. For each client, we provide an individual environment on AWS which guarantees data security and product isolation.

Personal Profile Overview
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Stability in previous employment history with a tendency to remain with employers for extended periods
- Experience in managing diverse project activities (not just coding, but also requirements analysis, preparing estimations)
- Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written, ability to convey ideas, information, and messages accurately and efficiently
- Proficiency in fostering effective collaboration and teamwork activities
- Ability to analyze information, assess situations, and make decisions based on sound reasoning and logical evaluation
- Focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and prioritizing customer satisfaction
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and strategic approach to technical challenges
- Transparency in sharing the information within a team and company
- Willingness to acquire new knowledge and insights to enhance professional growth and performance
Required skills
- 3+ years experience in front-end development using React ecosystem (React, Redux, Redux-toolkit)
- Experience with TypeScript
- Strong skills in handling complex frontend business logic
- Experience with modern frontend testing practices
- Excellent understanding of the OO design/programming paradigm
- Hands-on experience working with design/architectural patterns
- Experience in refactoring complex React components and state management patterns
- Solid background in computer science and programming
- Strong knowledge of databases and networks
- At least intermediate English (B1+)
As a plus
- Back-end development experience with NodeJS and Express
- Basic understanding of MySQL and Redis
- Experience with Docker
- Experience with the financial domain
- Knowledge of no-code platforms
