We’re looking for a Junior Recruitment Specialist to join our friendly and ambitious recruitment team in Lviv. This role is a great opportunity for someone with a spark, a people-first mindset, and a genuine interest in growing in IT recruitment.

Our team consists of three people and works closely with hiring managers, engineers, leadership, and HR to help build strong teams and smooth processes. If you want to learn fast, take real ownership, and be part of a team that combines professionalism with a human, open culture — this could be your place.

Please note: this role is open only for candidates based in Lviv and requires at least some hands-on experience in sourcing or IT recruitment.

Intelliarts is a boutique software engineering company established in 1999 in Lviv, Ukraine.
